CSA HIGH EARLY STRENGTH BINDER AND THE METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PRECAST CONCRETE USING THEREOF

摘要

PURPOSE: A CSA based early-strength binder, and a concrete production method the precast concrete product using thereof are provided to simplify the process by securing the required compressive strength without a steam curing process. CONSTITUTION: A CSA(calcium sulfur aluminate) based early-strength binder contains 50~79.55wt%of CSA, 15.95~19.5wt% of gypsum, 1~5wt% of silica fume, 1~5wt% of 12CaO7Al2O3, 1~5wt %of alumina cement, 1~5wt% of ground granulated blast-furnace slag, 0.01~3wt% of tartaric acid, 0.01~3wt% of lithium carbonate, 0.01~1.5wt% of anti-foaming agent, 0.01~1.5wt% of shrinkage reducing agent, and 0.01~1.5wt %of dispersing agent.
