An extension module is provided, which is connected between the television and the signal source to let the signal source exchange the media signal with the television, wherein the extension module has a first interface and a second interface, the first interface is electrically connected to the television and communicates with it interactively, the second interface is electrically connected to the signal source, and outputs power signal and control signal to the signal source.
