<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container lid where an end portion of an annular hanging piece formed at the circumferential edge portion of a liner of the container lid is not caught between a spout portion and a top wall of a shell. <P>SOLUTION: In a liner 3 of a container lid 1 which is mounted to the spout portion 32 of a container 31, an annular hanging piece 28 hanging from the outer circumferential edge of the liner 3 is formed.
