PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication processing apparatus, communication processing method and a program for suppressing information leakage even when security measures are not sufficient in a terminal device receiving an electronic mail.

SOLUTION: The communication processing apparatus 1 is used for relaying an electronic mail distributed from an electronic mail distribution device 10 to a terminal device 12. The communication processing apparatus 1 includes: a reliability determination section 2 for determining reliability of the terminal device 12 based on information specifying a state of the terminal device 12 and an address set to the terminal device 12; and a mask processing section 3 which specifies confidential information included in the electronic mail when the reliability determination section 2 determines that the terminal 12 does not have reliability, and performs mask processing on the specified confidential information.
