<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooker, for controlling the temperature of at least a cooking container or a heating object stored in the cooking container substantially on a constant level. <P>SOLUTION: The induction heating cooker includes: a top plate 13; an induction heating device (1, 22) provided below the top plate 13 to heat a pan 31 and a heating object 32; an infrared sensor 17 for detecting a temperature of the pan 31 or the heating object 32; a control means 24 which controls heating of the cooking container (pan) 31 by the induction heating device based on the detected temperature; and an operation part 16 for setting and inputting a cooking process of the pan 31 or the heating object 32. The cooking process includes at least temperature maintaining step, and in the temperature maintaining step, the temperature is maintained substantially at a fixed temperature in a temperature zone not exceeding 100°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
