PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical sprayer which has a compact and low-cost vertical spraying mechanism and can carry out smooth vertical spraying of a chemical. SOLUTION: The chemical sprayer includes a spraying boom 9a connected with frames 19 and 19' on running devices 3 and 4 and being capable of changing the position in a vertical state and a slide boom 9b being adjacent to the spraying boom 9a and having a slide mechanism R slidable in the longitudinal direction of the spraying boom 9a. The slide mechanism R of the slide boom 9b has motors 65a and 65b arranged, respectively, on the base side and the tip side of the spraying boom 9a, pulleys 67a and 67b rotated, respectively, by the motors 65a and 65b, a chain 70 wound around between the pulleys 67a and 67b and a bracket 71 fixing and supporting the base of the slide boom 9b and the endless chain 70. Since the slide boom 9b can be slid by a plurality of the motors 65a and 65b, the driving force of the slide boom 9b is improved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
