PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print processor capable of easily discharging chips with different lengths. SOLUTION: The print processor has paper supply parts 47, 61; a print body 44 for applying print processing to a plurality of print objective areas R; a cutting part 45 for generating the chips and printed matters by cutting unnecessary parts to be a non-print objective part; and a chip recovery box 50. The cutting part 45 is configured to cut print papers P1, P2 to allow a second chip S2 generated between the print objective area R and an end E of a print paper to be longer than a first chip S1 generated between the print objective areas R. The print processor further has a first discharge part 58 arranged in the vicinity of the cutting part 45 and discharging the first chip S1 into the chip recovery box 50; and a second discharge part 62b arranged to a downstream side in a carrying direction relative to the first discharge part 58 and discharging the second chip S2 into the chip recovery box 50 at a position set apart from the cutting part 45.
