PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize resources by a brush section replacing method in such a manner that not only a sleeve at the center in a brush is eliminated, but also, a conventional manufacturing method is changed to reduce the number of processes, and thus, the manufacturing cost is reduced, and the quality is stabilized and improved, and also, a structure without using an adhesive is adopted, and the tensile strength is increased, and the numeral variation is suppressed to the minimum in the manufacture of the brush part for hand piece. SOLUTION: One end surface of a yarn material group is molten, and pulled into a die molding small hole 4a which is installed on a die 4, and is molded simultaneously with welding. Then, after inserting a rod-like brush element 1 in a body shaft cylindrical circular hole, the external surface of the bottom surface is heated, and the bottom section of the rod-like brush element 1 is re-molded into a hinge shape by utilizing the heat conduction. Thus, the rod-like brush element 1 and the body shaft 2 are fixed, and this brush part for hand piece is manufactured. In another fixing method, a fixing small hole is installed on the external surface of the body shaft cylindrical circular hole, and after inserting the rod-like brush element 1, the side surface is press-fixed by a fixing part as a replacing method.
