PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a purifier which can evenly suction a powder in the width direction of a sieve layer even if the purifier has a configuration that an air distribution chamber tapered upward is installed above the sieve layer and a transverse type cyclone is installed in an upper part of the air distribution chamber. SOLUTION: An air distribution chamber is composed of a pair of slanting faces tapered upward and a transverse type cyclone-like suction channel is set in its upper part and a plurality of partitioning walls are formed perpendicularly in the inside of the air distribution chamber in the longitudinal direction of the sieve layer to divide the chamber into a plurality of rooms by the partitioning walls. Further, a baffle plate 20 for preventing uneven suction of a powder on the sieve layer 4 is installed in a narrowed space across the pair of slanting faces in the air distribution chamber 18.
