<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for manufacturing an electro-deposited abrasive grain wire tool, electro-depositing abrasive grains in a short period of time by enhancing electro-deposition efficiency of the abrasive grains, and downsizing the device. <P>SOLUTION: An abrasive grain electro-deposition tank is constituted of a rotating drum tank 31 and a fixed drum tank 34, the abrasive grains are deposited on a flange part formed on a lower part of the rotating drum tank 31, and an abrasive grain reservoir is formed, a wire 201 is put into the abrasive grain reservoir by arranging the wire 201 along conveying rollers vertically provided on the flange part in prescribed intervals, and the rotating drum tank 31 is turned simultaneously with circulatingly traveling of the wire 201 on the flange part by winding by a wire winding up machine 90, the electric current is supplied between the circulatingly traveling wire 201 and an anode electrode arranged in the abrasive grain electro-deposition tank, and the abrasive grains are electro-deposited on the surface of the wire 201. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
