PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic induction power generation device wherein breakage can be prevented even when excessive vibration or impact is applied. SOLUTION: First and second fixed electrodes 12, 13 are fixed on the principal surface 1a of a printed circuit board 1. A conductive substrate 2 jointed to the principal surface 1a of the printed circuit board 1 is configured by integrally forming: a rectangular frame-like fixed frame portion 7 whose bottom is fixed on the printed circuit board 1; a movable structure 8 placed within the fixed frame portion 7; and an elastic support that supports the movable structure 8 on the fixed frame portion 7 so that the movable structure 8 is movable along the principal surface 1a. The movable structure 8 is provided with a movable electrode 11 and an electret electrode 10 in positions where they are opposed to the respective fixed electrodes 12, 13 on the printed circuit board 1. An arresting means that limits the movement of the movable structure 8 in the direction along the principal surface 1a of the printed circuit board 1 is constructed of a projection 19 protruded in a position where it is opposed to the movable structure 8 on the internal surface of the fixed frame portion 7.
