PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform a manual adjustment of an imaging optical system in which an angle of view of imaging or a focusing state or the like in a state where a cover member is mounted, is taking into account. SOLUTION: An optical attachment 80 is used for an imaging apparatus including: imaging units 20, 36 having a first imaging optical system 20; adjusting mechanisms 26, 35 for enabling at least either a focusing state or a direction to be adjusted through manual operation; and a cover member 11 having a first optical part 11a which is mounted on a holding member 10 to cover the imaging units and constitutes a second imaging optical system together with the first imaging optical system. The optical attachment 80 is removably mounted in the imaging apparatus in a state where the cover member is not mounted on the holding member. The optical attachment 80 includes a second optical part 81 which is optically equivalent to the first optical part, and includes a shape forming a space wherein the manual operation of each of the adjusting mechanisms can be performed.
