When a plurality of virtual servers is distributed to a plurality of physical servers, efficient distribution is performed from the perspectives of the processing capacities of the physical servers and power consumption thereof. First, a future second load of each virtual server is predicted based on a first load during the specified period until the current time of each of the plurality of virtual servers. Next, the schedule is determined to distribute the plurality of virtual servers to the plurality of physical servers based on the second load of each virtual server so that the one second load or the sum of the second loads of a plurality of virtual servers distributed to the physical servers enters the specified ratio ranges for the processing capacities of the physical servers. Furthermore, the distribution is indicated (execution of redistribution) in accordance with the schedule. |
