The device has a V-shaped slit (3') formed outside an opening (3) provided at center of the device in a form of a fermat spiral (4), where the device is designed as a flat body. The slit is narrowed towards an edge, and the opening is formed on foreign bodies i.e. parasites (5). A closing cap is provided with a hinge, where the closing cap and the flat body form a container. The slit is formed at a periphery of the device that is made of plastic or metal.
