PURPOSE: A hybrid air filter and an air conditioner including thereof are provided to improve the antibacterial activity, the deodorization effect, and the disinfection property of contaminated air inside the air conditioner. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid air filter comprises the following: a bracket(100) including a water tub(120) on the lower side; a fiber filter(200) for rotating a fiber material(220) along to an endless track using a driver(210); a medium filter(300); a sericite rod(400); and a sterilizing lamp(500). The driver of the fiber filter includes a moving gear(212) rotated by a driving motor(211), and a slave gear(213) to rotate a chain attached with the fiber material. A washing nozzle injects washing water to the fiber material from the inside of the endless track to wash the material.
