<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new diet composition for easily reducing food intake. <P>SOLUTION: This diet composition contains a potato extract and water-soluble dietary fiber. The ingestion of the diet composition remarkably reduces food intake, compared to the case of ingesting singly a potato extract or water-soluble dietary fiber, to obtain further excellent diet effect.
