<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a latent heat recovery type water heater in which an auxiliary heat exchanger generating drain and a neutralizing part for neutralizing the drain are integrally disposed in one heat exchange case. <P>SOLUTION: This latent heat recovery type water heater includes a main heat exchanger 5 recovering sensible heat from an exhaust gas generated in combustion of a combustion burner 2 and heating flowing water, the auxiliary heat exchanger 11 recovering latent heat from an exhaust gas after heat exchange in the main heat exchanger 5 and supplying the heated flowing water to the main heat exchanger 5, and the heat exchange case 8 receiving the auxiliary heat exchanger 11 and provided with an inlet 12 and an outlet 7 of the exhaust gas. The neutralizing part 16 filled with a neutralizer 15 for neutralizing strong acidic drain generated in the auxiliary heat exchanger 11 is disposed at a lower part of the auxiliary heat exchanger 11 in the heat exchange case 8, thus an instrument and a constitution for capturing are unnecessary, and the drainage can be directly received without risk of leakage, and surely neutralized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
