<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an IC tag which is suitable for being used for clothes management being unnecessary for changing the shape of an IC tag, according to the difference of the size of a button and the hole position of the button, without damaging the designability of a button on clothes or the durability of cleaning. <P>SOLUTION: An IC tag 100 is configured by sealing an electronic component 103, which stores management information including the identification information of a management object functioning as an IC tag, and an antenna 104 inside a ring-shaped member 101 formed to be shaped like a ring whose cross-sectional shape is almost circular by rubber, synthetic resin or the like having impact resistance, heat resistance, chemical resistance, flexibility or retractility, and by providing a mesh-shaped member 102 inside the ring-shaped member 101.
