<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a power system impedance estimating device which can accurately estimate system impedance, even at a point to which a reactive power compensation device is linked cooperatively. <P>SOLUTION: The power system impedance estimating device includes: a voltmeter 5, which measures a voltage of a linkage point with a power system which feeds power to a load; a control part 8 which prohibits an output of the reactive power compensation device 2, connected to the connecting point when the voltage reaches a value within a preset specified range; and a system impedance estimation part 9 which estimates the impedance of the power system, while the reactive power compensation device 2 stops an output of reactive power. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
