<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehumidifier controlling occurrence of the smell characteristic of insufficiently dried laundries. <P>SOLUTION: To achieve the objective, a ventilation passage, arrowed B, exhausting air sucked from the suction inlet 2 of the body case 1 from the outlet 3 out of the body case 1 after passing a heat exchanger 16 in the dehumidification passage 14 and a ventilation passage 17 exhausting the air from the outlet 3 out of the body case 1 after bypassing the heat exchanger in the dehumidification passage are disposed in the body case 1.
