PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent another person from illegally using power via an outlet.

SOLUTION: When a receiving unit 15 receives a signal for locking on a door from an intelligent key, a control unit 11 controls a switch 17 to supply the power from a commercial power supply 16 to an outlet 18. Subsequently, when the receiving unit 15 receives a signal for locking off the door from the intelligent key, the control unit 11 controls the switch 17 to inhibit the supply of the power from the commercial power supply 16 to the outlet 18.
