PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a stable multiplication factor, which is not influenced by hfe variation or the like caused by a semiconductor material, without increasing the chip area. SOLUTION: Between input stages of first and second current mirror circuits 21, 22 to both of which a current mirror ratio has been set to 1:N, respectively, first and second transistors 1, 13 are connected in series by a totem pole connection. One terminal of a resistor 3 is connected to an interconnecting point of the first and second transistors 1, 13 and an input signal is applied to another terminal of the resistor 3. Output stages of the first and second current mirror circuits 21, 22 are interconnected so as to output signals therefrom and connected to the other terminal of the resistor 3.
