<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell evaluation device capable of evaluating a solar cell more accurately. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell evaluation device includes a light source 11 which emits light in a wavelength range of bluish light, an optical system which guides the light from the light source 11 to the solar cell, a detection unit which measures a short-circuit current when the solar cell is irradiated with the light emitted by the light source 11, a measurement unit which is arranged instead of the light source, and measures the intensity of electroluminescent light emitted when a current flows to the solar cell using the optical system, and a processing unit which evaluates the solar cell based on a distribution of the short-circuit current and an intensity distribution of the electroluminescent light. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
