<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve processing speed of coding. <P>SOLUTION: A CABAC (Context Adaptive binary Arithmetic Coding) coding apparatus 1 as a coding apparatus performs binary coding of syntax information and generates binary code bin as coding information. The CABAC coding apparatus 1 transfers a transmission binary code bin CA based on the binary code bin via a transmission path 4 and performs arithmetic coding of a reproduced binary code bin R reproduced from the transmission binary code bin CA. The CABAC coding apparatus 1 converts at least part of the binary code bin that has been binary coded into a redefined binary code bin A and performs inverse conversion of the redefined binary code bin A to generate the reproduced binary code bin R. The CABAC coding apparatus 1 generates a transmission binary code bin CA in accordance with transfer capability of the transmission path 4 and processing speed of arithmetic coding so as not to delay processing of binary coding. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
