PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost bubble generator sufficiently reducing noise caused by bubble generation and easy in maintenance, and a bubble generation apparatus equipped with the same. SOLUTION: A liquid passage 35a and a plurality of pressure raising passages 36 are formed in the body part 31 of a bubble generation member 111, on which a support member 113 is mounted. A cylindrical inside sound insulation member 114 made of an elastic material is mounted so as to integrally cover the body part 31, first and second outer wall parts 33, 34, and the outer periphery of a disk part 51 of the support member 113 of the bubble generation member 111.
