1385033 Dental composition INSTITUT DE RECHERCHE SCIENTIFIQUE 2 Feb 1972 [8 Feb 1971] 4984/72 Heading A5B A pharmaceutical composition active against dental disease comprises (a) a mixture of lysates of human bucco-dental pathogens and saprophytes which have been prepared by the action of an amino acid on the bacterial organisms and sodium deoxycholate on the levuroid organisms; (b) a chemical stabilizer, (c) an antimicrobial preservative and (d) an excipient. The microorganisms may be Lactobacillus Acidophilus, Lactobacillus Helveticus, Lactobacillus Lactis, Lactobacillus Fermentatus, Streptococcus groups A, D and H, Staphylococcus Aureus, Corynebacterium Pseudodiphteriticus, Fusiformis Fusiformis, Klebsiella Pneumoniae and Candida Albicans. The amino acid may be glycine. The lysate may be lyophilized. |
