PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely provide protection against a lightening surge using a simple configuration, and to surely prevent erroneous control of a DC input/output controller. SOLUTION: Lightning-surge protection elements 5a, 5b, and 5c comprising nonlinear resistive elements are connected between control lines 3a and 3b for connecting distant inputs IRa and IRb to a plurality of DC input electronic circuits 2a and 2b of a DC input controller 1a and the output of a distant input/output DC power supply 4, whose polarity is different from that of each control lines 3a and 3b. Even if a conduction failure occurs with the lightening surge protection element 5a, safe operation of a train is prevented from being impaired by controlling the DC input controller 1a to be the safe side.
