PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator that suppresses the radially outward runout of a coil, even while suppressing an increase in parts count. SOLUTION: A runout regulation part 5e, which regulates the radially outward runout of a coil 6 by extending circumferentially and adjoining the outer cover 5d of an adjacent insulator 5, is created at the outer cover 5c of each insulator 5.
