PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content presentation control system, an information terminal, a content presentation control method, and a content presentation control program, capable of properly presenting contents. SOLUTION: The information terminal 100 includes an operation information transmission processing part 112 which performs processing for transmitting operation information including a type of an indication accepted by an operation input part 111 and specification information for specifying a content of a target of indication. An information management device (server) 200 includes a presentation decision part 223 which uses a plurality of pieces of past operation history data of a user to determine whether a content list can be presented with respect to the content of the target of the output indication of the content list. The information terminal 100 furthermore includes a content display control part 116 which controls presentation of the content list with respect to the content in accordance with the decision results in the presentation decision part 223.
