PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability when creating a component from a layout definition file, and to prevent that trouble occurs when reusing the created component. SOLUTION: According to this information processor 1, a CPU (Central Processing Unit) 11 obtains item information indicating contents of each item disposed on a screen from a spec file 151, and creates related item information indicating referring and referred relation between items based on the obtained item information. An item list included in the spec file 151 is displayed by a display 13. When a component conversion target item is selected from the displayed item list by an input device 12, a combination between the item selected by the input device 12 and an item related to the item is created.
