PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve general versatility and practicality in a processing speed in information classification. SOLUTION: A data acquiring part 15A acquires object data included in a processing-objective time section out of a plurality of history data including time information, and a data classification part 15D classifies the object data with a time difference within a threshold value with respect to the temporally adjacent object data, out of the object data, based on the time information of the object data, as a same group.
