PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring a content of grinding aid in cement with adequate work efficiency and higher analytical accuracy. SOLUTION: The method for measuring a content of grinding aid in cement includes an extraction step in which the grinding aid is extracted with water from the cement containing the grinding aid, and a quantification step in which the content of the grinding aid in an extract resulting from the extraction step is quantified using a total organic carbon meter (TOC meter) in terms of a total organic carbon concentration (TOC concentration).
