PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power monitoring system and an electric power monitoring device having a current measurement section and simply measuring power consumption values of terminal devices. SOLUTION: The electric power monitoring system includes two or more electric wires constructing two or more power supply lines L; an integrating wattmeter 500 measuring and outputting total power values P1, P2, P3; a first input section 710 to which total power value information of the total power values P1, P2, P3 is input; current measurement sections 600 arranged one to each of the two or more power supply lines L to measure and output current values; a second input section 720 to which current values are input; a first memory section 731 storing the total power values; a second memory section 735 storing the current values input by the second input section 720; and a processing section 741 which computes power values P300 consumed by the terminal devices based on the ratios of current values to the sum of two or more current values I200 stored in the second memory section 735 and the total power values P1, P2, P3 stored in the first memory section 731.
