PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warm water type heating device including a heat exchange unit having sufficient strength even if the weight of a component is increased according to a load of a warm water heating terminal. SOLUTION: The warm water type heating device has a heat exchange unit 5 having a water-refrigerant heat exchanger 6 exchanging heat between a refrigerant and hot water, a distributing means 7 for distributing the warm water generated by the water-refrigerant heat exchanger 6 to a heating terminal, and a power source board 18 provided with a power source connecting section, and a bottom plate constituting a bottom face of a housing of the heat exchange unit 5 and a back plate constituting a back face are connected by the power source board 18, and thus the bottom plate and the back plate can be firmly fastened and fixed.
