PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a fatigue breaking of a notch part. SOLUTION: A cylindrical body 60 is formed in cylindrical shape, and the inner peripheral wall of the cylindrical body 60 is provided with the notch 64, that is, since the cylindrical body 60 is formed in a cylindrical shape, the section modulus of the cylindrical body 60 is remarkably enlarged compared with a conventional body 68, and bending stress (maximum bending stress) produced at the predetermined cross section of the cylindrical body 60 is kept small. Further, since the notch 64 is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical body 60, the bending stress generated to the notch part 64 is kept small. The fatigue breaking of the notch 64 can thereby be suppressed in a simple constitution. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
