PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor charge control device for preventing the occurrence of sudden braking force when braking regeneration is charged. SOLUTION: The control device charges power from an alternator 1 to a plurality of capacitors 111 and 112. The device includes a series charging part S22 in which a plurality of the capacitors 111 and 112 are connected in series so as to charge them when braking regeneration is started, individual charging parts S32 and S42 in which at least one of a plurality of the capacitors 111 and 112 is individually connected to the alternator 1 so as to charge it after series charging, and a parallel charging part S52 in which a plurality of the capacitors 111 and 112 are connected in parallel so as to charge them after individual charging.
