<p>Provided is a method for manufacturing wearing article capable of, in particular, preventing an isolation sheet from contracting in the lateral direction thereof more than necessary. A pair of continuous elastic bodies (138) are fed between first and second webs (130a, 130b) forming an isolation sheet (30) by an elastic body feeding mechanism (300), transferred to a joining mechanism (400) having a driving roll (401) and an elastic body pressing roll (402), and then joined to each other. A cutter mechanism (500) including a cutter roll (501) having a blade portion (503) and anvil roll (502) is disposed at the downstream of the joining mechanism (400), and a rotating drum (601) is disposed in an assembly station located at further downstream. An elastic belt (602) is attached on the surface of the rotating drum (601). A liner web (122) is fed at the downstream of the cutter mechanism (500) on the rotating drum (601) through a liner transfer mechanism (700), and a continuous core (121) is further fed at further downstream through a core transfer mechanism (800).</p> |
