PURPOSE: A complex generating apparatus using solar light and solar heat is provided to prevent the efficiency of photoelectric transformation from reducing by cooling a solar cell module using a heat pipe. CONSTITUTION: A solar cell receiver(120) supplies electricity generated from a solar cell(110) to an external circuit. A first heat sink(130) emits heat from the solar cell receiver to the outside. A first heat radiating fin(140) easily emits heat from the first heat sink to the outside. A heat pipe(200) is located between a solar cell module(100) and a thermoelectric element(300). A heat absorbing unit(400) is located on the upper side of the thermoelectric element.
