PURPOSE: An LED(Light Emitting Diode) street lamp device is provided to improve heat radiation performance by forming a plurality of heat radiating fins inside/outside a housing. CONSTITUTION: A circuit board is arranged inside a housing(10). A plurality of LEDs are installs on the circuit board. An optical lens is installed on the circuit board. The optical lens diffuses light, which is emitted from the LED, at a predetermined pointing angle. A reflector(40) is installed on the circuit board. The penetration hole of the reflector exposes the optical lens to the outside. A light reflective unit is arranged in the vicinity of the penetration hole of the reflector. The light reflective unit reflects light, which is emitted from the LED, at a predetermined reflective angle.
