<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ink for a color filter, manufacturing a color filter restraining irregular color and density unevenness in each region, and having superior contrast ratio, brightness and light resistance, and attaining excellent discharge stability of liquid drops and dispersion stability of a pigment, and to provide a method of efficiently manufacturing the filter. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing ink for the color filter includes: an atomizing process (a) of atomizing the pigment containing zinc complex of halogenated phthalocyanine in a coloring agent mixture containing the pigment and a yellow dye to obtain a coloring agent containing the atomized pigment; a preliminary dispersion process (b) of obtaining a dispersant dispersed liquid in which the dispersant is dispersed in the liquid medium, by stirring a mixture containing the dispersant and the liquid medium; and a micro-dispersion process (c) of mixing the dispersant dispersed liquid and the coloring agent, adding inorganic beads to the above, and performing micro-dispersion processing for the pigment to obtain a pigment dispersed body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
