<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calibration device or the like capable of performing the calibration processing with high accuracy and easily, using a simple calibration pattern. <P>SOLUTION: The calibration device 1 is mounted on a machine tool 50, the device includes an imaging object part 10 fixed on a main axis 55 having the calibration pattern 14 with one characteristic point, after CCD camera 58 picturizes the calibration pattern 14 at a plurality of the moving positions of the main axis 55, the two dimensional coordinate parts 22, 23 which calculate the two dimensional coordinate of the characteristic point based on the generated two dimensional image data, a three dimensional coordinate calculation part 24 which calculates the three dimensional coordinate of the characteristic point corresponding to each moving position based on each moving position of the main axis 55 when the calibration pattern 14 is picturized, and a parameter calculation part 26 which calculates inner parameter and external parameter of CCD camera 58 based on the two dimensional coordinate and three dimensional coordinate of the characteristic point at the each moving position of the main axis 55. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
