摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid oxide fuel battery capable of solving partial deterioration of power generation cells caused by varied supply of cathode air and reduction in power generation efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: Spouting ports 51a, 51b are formed on opposite walls 211, 211 for sandwiching a plurality of cylindrical power generation cells 61, 61, ..., where outer peripheral cylinders are formed by cathodes. A first blow-off pattern for blow-off air from a cathode blower 52 from the blow-off port 51a at one side, by switching a selector valve 54 and a second blow-off pattern for blow-off the air from the cathode blower from the blow-off port 51b at the other side are alternately switched.
