PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively dampen vibration even when a second mounting member 12 is separated from a rubber elastic body 16. SOLUTION: When vibration is input from an engine in a state where the second mounting member 12 is separated from a contact/separation member 24, liquid sealed in a second liquid chamber 40 and liquid sealed in a third liquid chamber 38 are mutually distributed through a shake orifice 47 by a pressure difference between the second liquid chamber 40 and the third liquid chamber 38, and vibration control effect and vibration isolating effect can be obtained by the liquid column resonance effect within the shake orifice 47 or the like.
