PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoacoustic cold air blower directly producing cold air by generating heat gradient with a simple structure. SOLUTION: This thermoacoustic cold air blower 1 has a body container 2 having a sealed end at one side in the axial direction and an opened end with a throttle 9 at the other side. In the body container 2, a regenerator 3 is received. The regenerator 3 is received with a resonance space 6 formed at a side of the sealed end 2a, and an expansion space 7 formed at a side of the opened end 2b. The resonance space 6 has a function for generating resonance in the body container 2. The expansion space 7 has a function for adiabatically expanding a gas flowing in through the throttle 9 and lowering a temperature. A circulation pipe 10 is connected to the body container 2. The circulation pipe 10 is connected to the throttle 9 at its connection end 10a at one end, and the cold air is discharged from an inflow/outflow port 10b at the other end.
