PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a topcoat composition for a sealant capable of controlling the surface tackiness in an uncured state after applying the sealant. SOLUTION: The topcoat composition for the sealant contains a binder component and a reactive polymer having one sort of≥2 functional groups selected from a group consisting of a (meth)acryloyl group, an epoxy group, a maleic anhydride group and a maleimide group.
