PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered film which provides a medical packaging bag that is excellent in gas barrier and water-vapor barrier, allows a liquid interface to be more simply confirmed, and also allows confirmation of content liquid, and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The multilayered film is configured as follows. One surface of an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer resin layer includes a cycloolefin-based resin composition layer via an adhesive resin layer. The cycloolefin-based resin composition layer includes 100 pts.mass of a cycloolefin-based resin mixture, including 65-92 mass% of an amorphous cycloolefin copolymer and 8-35 mass% of an amorphous cycloolefin polymer, and 7-30 pts.mass of a low density polyethylene-based resin.
