PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liposome preparation for oral administration which has desired pH sensitivity and safety to a living body, and to provide a simple and inexpensive method for producing the liposome preparation for oral administration. SOLUTION: The liposome preparation for oral administration includes a liposome which contains a vesicle formed by lipid and an internal water phase present in the vesicle, wherein the pH of the internal water phase of the liposome is three or less, and the liposome carries an acid and stable drug. The method for producing the liposome preparation for oral administration includes carrying out the suspension of the lipid and the acid and stable drug in an acidic solution having a pH of three or less.
