PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid device in which a user performs continuously a lock release operation of a lid and an opening operation of the lid without particular consciousness. SOLUTION: The lid device is equipped with a case and a lid body attached openably and closably to the case, wherein the lid body includes a slide portion which is slid to a first direction for switching the lid body from a lock state which locks the lid body in a closed state to a lock-released state in which the lock state is released, the lid body is opened in the lock-released state by a force applied to the slide portion in a second direction different from the first direction, and in the slide portion, a protrusion facing a roughly vertical direction with regard to the synthetic direction of the first direction and the second direction is formed in the surface.
