PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly operate, and to improve durability, by avoiding accumulation of fluid. SOLUTION: This valve device 1 includes a valve casing 2 connected to a pipe, a flexible pipe 3 inserted into the valve casing 2 and having a flow passage 3a, and a valve driving means 4 for changing the cross-sectional area of the flow passage 3a by push-moving the flexible pipe 3.
