PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pot holder capable of stably self-standing while retaining a conical form even in the use of a greatly flexible material. SOLUTION: The pot holder 1 includes a conical part 10 provided with an opening 13 on one end side and a fringe 21 provided on the opening 13. The fringe 21 preferably has higher rigidity than the conical part 10, and more precisely, is preferably formed of a thick and rigid material. Further, the fringe 21 is preferably formed of a flame-retardant material. Since the opening 13 of the conical part 10 is provided with the fringe 21, a form of the opening 13 is stabilized to make the conical form hard to collapse with self-weight or the like, allowing the conical form to be retained.
